Dr. Nora Tleel

My name is Nora Tleel.  All the kids call me Dr. Nora.  I live in Amman, Jordan.  I graduated from Marquette University with a degree in Biology in 1989 and continued my dental studies at the same university  and received my Doctorate of Dental surgery degree in 1992.  Immediately following graduation, I completed a specialty training program at the Riley Children's Hospital in Indiana and received my Masters of Science in Dentistry from Indiana University in 1994.

I have been practicing dentistry in Jordan since 1995.  I became a diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry in 2002.  I hold memberships in the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, The American Dental Association, Jordan Dental Association and was a founding member  of the Jordanian Pediatric Dental Society.

As a pediatric dentist, I feel strongly about the importance and advantages of introducing kids to the dentist at a very young age.  By starting early, many dental problems can be prevented by early intervention..  It will mean a happy and a healthy child.  It also means that it will be less extensive, less expensive and that includes brushing, dental development, flossing, fluorides, oral habits, parent involvement, proper diet, sealants, sports safety and regular dental visits.

Welcome  to my web site and feel free to browse around for additional information.
